Perfect morning for Nordic Walking


 Today different entry. I took a chance of sunny morning (as not often these days we have in London) in order to take a videof myself doing Nordic Walking. There is a short warm up- i did only 3 reps of each exercise to not make the video too long, then the techninque. Hope you will enjoy :)
